CENTRAL STATION PROGRAMS
Central Station Operators Level 1  – This online course provides a comprehensive overview of the job functions of a Central Station Operator. Cost includes course content and assessment test. This course is available in both French and English.

Central Station Operators Level 2  – This online course is the next level in training for Central Station personnel. It offers an in-depth view of the operator role, an overview of key technologies used on site, and a customer focus on preventing false alarms. Cost includes course content and assessment test.


MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
Certified Security Project Manager (CSPM)   – This program, offered in partnership with the Security Industry Association (SIA), promotes the professional accreditation of Security Project Managers involved in the design and installation of security systems through classroom and self-study components.


TECHNICAL PROGRAMS
Alarm Technician Course (ATC) Level 1  – This two-day classroom course is ideal for all alarm installers. It provides hands-on activities and an industry overview with a focus on false alarm reduction, installation standards, and efficiency and quality through knowledge and standard practices.   

Alarm Technician Course (ATC) Level 1  – This course is ideal for all alarm installers. It is delivered by CD-ROM and provides an overview of the industry. Curriculum includes all components of the ATC Level 1 classroom course in a convenient self-study format.
Alarm Technician Course (ATC) Level 2  – This two-day classroom course builds on ATC Level 1. It offers hands-on exercises and training on a variety of topics including advanced control panels, troubleshooting, and various communication technologies.

Advanced Control Panel Features  – This self-study course is suitable for both newcomers and industry veterans. It includes information on wiring supervision, outputs and power supply, control panel features, and SIA CP-01/ULC-S302 standards.

Wireless Components  – This self-study course is suitable for both newcomers and industry veterans. It includes information on the basic theories of wireless communication, RF technologies, wireless components and applications, and battery technology and installation.

SALES PROGRAMS
Security Selling Skills  – This course benefits both new and experienced security industry sales representatives, and provides the basic training and tools salespeople need to succeed. This course is offered in both French and English.

Security System Components Overview  – This self-study course teaches students the applications and limitations of detection equipment and control panels, and will help participants learn how to determine the best equipment for specific needs.
